Ms Cynara Silva and Ms Sheyva Sigamoney are the founders and chief executive officers of The World of Optometry (TWOP), the organization that emphasizes Global Optometry. The Group began with public education as its niche when Cynara and Sheyva founded TWOP in August 2020.
Initially it started with a small group of members from a few different countries and TWOP swiftly attained worldwide acknowledgement for its commitment to excellence. Today, TWOP is regarded as a Global Optometry Organization.
Besides, steady growth was achieved and the organization has gained directors over 20 countries worldwide. The Organization is anchored on a commitment to touch and improve the aspect of Optometry and Eye Health worldwide. With the greater Directors at heart, the Organization’s expansion constantly inspires its stakeholders from public to collaborators.
Ever passionate about learning, both founders believe that leaders must be faithful, available and teachable. Committed to groom tomorrow’s leaders, both make time in their hectic schedule to hone the calibre of high potentials. Mentoring sessions are frequently held and these are not limited to TWOP members.
Cynara resides in Brazil while Sheyva resides in Malaysia and both are proud founders as their Directors are their backbones. Both the founders truly believe that the youth of today are the torches of tomorrow.
